CUSTOMER CARE

Order & Shipping

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment is received. We will notify you via email once your item has been shipped.

1. Local (Delivery to Singapore addresses)

Normal shipping

  •     Flat rate of SGD1.50 per order

  •     No tracking of parcel is provided, Amesha will not be responsible for parcel lost in transit

  •     Takes 3 - 5 days for parcel to be delivered once shipped out




Registered shipping

  •     Flat rate of SGD3 per order

  •     Tracking number will be provided once parcel is shipped

  •     Takes 1 - 3 days for parcel to be delivered once shipped out




2. International Shipping

Normal shipping (Flat Rate per order)

  •     Asia: SGD8

  •     Oceania: SGD10

  •     U.S.A, Europe and other countries: SGD15

  •     No tracking of parcel is provided, Amesha will not be responsible for parcel lost in transit

  •     Takes 3 - 4 weeks for parcel to be delivered once shipped out




Registered shipping

  •     Asia: SGD10

  •     Oceania: SGD12

  •     U.S.A, Europe and other countries: SGD17

  •     Tracking number will be provided once parcel is shipped

  •     Takes 1 - 2 weeks for parcel to be delivered once shipped out




Exchange & Return

  •     Strictly no return/refund will be given once item is shipped out.

  •     Measurements are provided for all items however please allow up to 1 – 2cm of discrepancy due to manufacturing. Kindly  choose carefully by referring to the measurements provided as exchange is not allowed due to wrong sizing picked.

  •     Exchange can be allowed only if there is defect on the item. Please email us at ameshashop@gmail.com with details of the defect within 3 working days of receiving the item and we will advise you details to proceed with the exchange process.

  •     Item to be exchanged must be in brand new condition and cannot be worn before.

  •     Item to be exchanged has to be mailed back to Amesha within 10 working days and postage for exchange will be borne by the sender (customer).

  •     Amesha is not liable for any item lost in transit during exchange and in such cases, exchange will not be provided if Amesha does not receive item.



Payment

  •     We accept payment via PayPal and Bank Transfer (DBS / POSB / UOB).

  •     Bank Transfer

    •         Please make payment within 1 working day after order is placed (After 1 working day, order will be void and items will not be reserved). Upon payment, please send transaction reference number to ameshashop@gmail.com
